reseller agreement for the Multilizer product range. Hunnect will act as a reseller
for Multilizer's products from March, while the localized Hungarian versions will be

translation and localization tools, and Hunnect, Hungarian language service
provider, have entered a value added reseller agreement for the Multilizer product
range. As part of the agreement, Hunnect will act as a reseller for Multilizer's
products from March, while the localized Hungarian versions will be available for
sale from April, 2008.

The Managing Directors of the two companies, Mr. Niko Papula (Multilizer) and Mr.
Sándor Sojnóczky (Hunnect Ltd.) have also agreed on close cooperation in developing
specific solutions for the translation and localization industry, specifically for
the Eastern European markets. The cooperation will aim at specific linguistic
solutions for translation professionals, Language Service Providers and software
manufacturers.
